The Ghost of Her Clings...I once knew a woman named Coma White. I had met her down by pier twenty-three back when I still lived in the city, over a decade ago. She was standing at the docks, looking out at the outline of the city masked behind a sea of fog. She had a bright red umbrella clutched in one hand and the other clasping the buttons of her white pea coat. I felt a knot in my throat as I tried to stutter out my name and introduce myself. She peered over her shoulder, looking startled but at the same time so pleased to see me. Like a cat, she tilted her head and, with that whimsical smirk that still sticks to my mind, extended her hand and introduced herself The Ghost of Her Clings

Appearing from over a horizon of tumbling sun burned crescendos, three travelers sped fast across a desert cast below an orange sun peering from behind a canopy of empty stars; definable features enshrouded behind respirator masks and cowls of crimson stitched with gold laced inscriptions. The legs of their bizarre beasts pounded the sand with a force of lightning as the errant hiss of locusts chased mercilessly at their backs, leaving behind them a faint pattern of hoof marks reaching far off into the opposite expanse of a mountain range. The creatures snarled nostrils and wailed tongues in ecstasy of the chase, The Three Tourists...

I haven't updated for a long time since the start of summer vacation, mostly due in part to my utter lack of producing anything substantial or at all.

I'll be starting college on the 23rd of this month, first week orientation then jumping right into the swing of things. I'm pushing myself to write at least one sentence or paragraph every night to pull myself out of this stagnant creative funk I've been in since senior year(bleah.)

Getting all my ducks in a row, excited to see District 9, recently became a godfather, 360 and me going through a trial separation (don't worry, I still keep the kids...), just got my wisdom teeth out(ouch), and I'm ready to move on.
